The sustained, global movement against Israeli apartheid has transformed the political landscape in Australia and around the world. As Israel and the US’s brutal imperialist aggression expands in 2026, Palestine continues to influence the outlook of people who want to build a better world. But what is the situation on the ground? What are the perspectives and actions of the liberation movements inside Palestine itself?
Speakers:
Noura Mansour is a Palestinian educator, political analyst, writer, activist and community organiser from Akka. She has been involved in development and community work in Jerusalem, the West Bank and Palestine 48, and is the National Director of Democracy in Colour.
James Crafti is an Australian Jewish socialist engaged in Palestine solidarity work for over 25 years. He will give an eyewitness report-back and political analysis from a recent trip to the occupied West Bank.
